This is a dining journey centered around the concept of a “banquet beneath the stars.”

Guests are invited into the banquet setting beneath star-inspired canopy tents, where dishes prepared by Indigenous tribal partners are shared as part of the East Rift Valley’s culinary story. From the moment guests are seated, the table becomes a journey of connection, gathering, and shared experiences.

Beneath the night sky, the banquet table becomes more than simply a place to dine — it becomes an extension of sharing and togetherness. As travelers gather with friends and family around the table, local children are also given the opportunity to step into the dining experience, discovering the flavors of the land and the everyday spirit of Indigenous tribal culture through food and interaction.

The dining space is designed with star-inspired canopy tents that evoke the imagery of the night sky, allowing guests to enjoy the evening in close connection with nature. Between the mountain breeze and starlight, participants can experience the warmth and rhythm of the East Rift Valley after dark.
